Fourth Expert Conference on Child Safety “Safety and Responsibility”

The Tijana Jurić Foundation will organize a fourth expert conference on child safety “Safety and Responsibility” in Subotica on September 27th, in which representatives of state institutions, domestic and foreign organizations will talk about child safety, consequences and prevention of violence.

As in previous years, the presentations will focus on several current topics, which will be discussed by experts from the country and abroad. The topic “Child and Trauma – Measures, Policies, Practices, and Institutional Responses to the Problem of Violence” will be addressed by Ph.D. Bruna Profaca, clinical psychologist at Child and Youth Protection Center of Zagreb, then PhD Mirela Badurina, founder and director of BHIDAPA Sarajevo, Vera Despotović, in front of FMK Belgrade, Jelena Zoric on behalf of the Center for Social Work Novi Sad, as well as Child Hub in Budapest.

PhD Mirjana Graovac, MD, Gestalt psychotherapist, child and adolescent integrative psychotherapist, head of the department for adolescents and family, KBC Rijeka, Slavica Ranisavljev, director of the Heart Center and Jasminka Markovic, child psychiatry specialist will talk about juvenile suicide, warning signs and prevention

The conference will be held on September 27 at the Gallery Hotel in Subotica, Matije Korvina 17, 9am – 5pm. Admission is free, but due to a limited number of seats, please register your participation by mail: fondacija@tijana.rs.
