We are pleased to inform you that the conference “MIND THE CHILD: Together for Every Child’s Mental Wellbeing” will be held on 18 December 2025 in Sarajevo, in partnership with UNICEF in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in cooperation with the relevant ministries in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The conference is dedicated to strengthening intersectoral collaboration and facilitating the exchange of experiences regarding the needs of children and young people, as well as to advancing mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) within the child protection system.

The conference programme includes:
- Official opening and welcome remarks from partners
- A panel discussion on child and adolescent mental health from the perspectives of young people and professionals
- Presentation of key research findings from the “MIND THE CHILD” initiative
- A panel discussion on recommendations and next steps to strengthen the child protection system
- Closing remarks and presentation of the recommendations brochure
