CPRC online education: Basic principles in working with children!

The Center for Researching Anti-Crime Policies continued its activities.

On Friday, May 22, an online training entitled “Involvement in individual or group treatment of educational, psychological and other counseling centers” was held’.

Participants in the online training were representatives of social protection services from the municipalities: Centar, Vogošća and Novo Sarajevo, and representatives of the Legal Affairs and Coordination Service and the Foster Care Service, while the lecturers were Sanela Škaljić, Prosecutor in the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office, Department for Juveniles, and psychotherapist, founder and director of BHIDAPA Mirela Badurina.

Prosecutor Sanela Škaljić presented on the topic “Educational recommendations – Introduction to the term Implementation of the educational recommendation” Involvement in individual or group treatment of educational, psychological and other counseling centers “.

The topics of the founder and director of BHIDAPA Mirela Badurina were “Characteristics of development and basic principles in working with children – from science to practice”, and “Rehabilitation strategies (implications for individual and / or group treatment) and strategies for establishing relationships”.

In the end, the participants agreed that educations of this type help them a lot in their daily professional activities.
