Module announcement: Anorexia and bulimia – early relationships and eating disorders – PhD Vesna Vidović, MD, child psychiatrist and family psychotherapist

ANOREXIA AND BULIMIA – EARLY RELATIONS AND EATING DISORDER
BHIDAPA is organizing a three-day Anorexia and Bulimia Education – Early Relationships and Eating Disorder from November 16th-18th, 2018. It will be an opportunity to broaden our knowledge and exchange experiences about: the treatment of children and adolescents suffering from anorexia and bulimia, the importance and characteristics of early relationships and their relationship to eating disorders, the importance of child-mother relationships and the development of safety and self-image, and the specifics of eating disorders, diagnostics, and the therapeutic approach to this problem.

The education is intended for psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, teachers and educators, pedagogues, and all those who encounter children and adolescents in their work. The lecturer will be PhD Vesna Vidović, MD,  a specialist in child and adolescent neuropsychiatry and psychotherapy. She is the president of the Croatian Association for Infant, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The narrower field of work is individual and family psychotherapy, treatment of people suffering from anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, anxiety and problems growing up, and counseling with families.

The training will be implemented at BHIDAPA’s premises, Emerika Bluma 9. The working hours are Friday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. The registration fee is 250 KM and for BHIDAPA members 200 KM. Your place of education should be pre-registered via online application (http://www.psychotherapy.ba/prijava-za-modul.php) and book with advance payment in the amount of 100KM until 14.11.2018. The rest of the payment can be made before the start or during education. The registration fee includes: Certificate, refreshment during education and material.
