A meeting with representatives of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Zenica, the leader of the BiH Mental Health Project and the Director of BHIDAPA, was held today at the premises of the BHIDAPA Center.
Following the signed Protocol on Cooperation between the Rectorate of the University of Zenica and BHIDAPA in February 2019, the aim of today’s meeting was to define the beginning and the course of implementation of the educational program in the field of Psychotherapy counseling for children and adolescents in community mental health centers.
We are delighted that this meeting is one step closer to the official start of education.
Last week, it was our pleasure to attend the formal signing of a contract between the Representatives of the Federal Ministry of Health, Association XY, Faculty of Medicine in Zenica, and 20 Health Centers, formalizing the beginning of professional development of psychologists from the Center for Mental Health in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.
The activity is part of the BiH Mental Health Project, supported by the Government of Switzerland, and implemented by the XY Association in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Health and the RS Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.
