BHIDAPA-Training Institute is a European accredited educational program that organizes education in the field of child and adolescent integrative psychotherapy and counseling and integrative psychotherapy for adults in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with EIATSCYP-Ken Evans (European Interdisciplinary Association for Therapeutic Service for Children & Young People) and EAIP (European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy) in accordance with EAP (European Association for Psychotherapy) standards.

The leaders of the module are world-renowned experts in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, various modalities of psychotherapy and research, neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, psychology, sociology and system-constellations.

He was President of the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP) in 1994, founded and presided over the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy (1996-1999), and was President of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (2002-2008)

The director of the Polyclinic for the Protection of the Children of the City of Zagreb thirty years of her career deals with children. As a child psychologist at the Zagreb Children’s Hospital, Zagreb often met with abused and neglected children who did not have the necessary protection of adults. Therefore, she was among the first to recognize this issue in Croatia in the early ’90s and dedicate her further work to her.

She spent most of her working life as head of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Psychiatric Clinic of the University of Sarajevo. According to her educational orientation, she belongs to the School of Psychodynamic Orientation.

Pediatrician, group psychoanalyst, integrative psychotherapist for children and adolescents


It’s primarius. Mr. sc, specialist pediatrician, group analyst and integrative psychotherapist for children and adolescents, supervisor. Worked at the Clinic for Children’s Diseases, as a specialist pediatrician until 1998. after which in Vive Women Tuzla, Center for Therapy and Rehabilitation as a pediatrician and psychotherapist for children and adults. With the establishment of an Interdisciplinary Therapeutic Center for The Protection of Children’s Health, Youth and Family, BHIDAPA is engaged in the jobs of psychotherapists and professional collaborators in teaching in children and adolescent integrative psychotherapy and counseling at BHIDAPA and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zenica. In addition to medical direction, psychosocial and psychotherapy work has been in the works since 1994. When she volunteers first, and later as an employee of Viva Woman works with war trauma, torture, domestic violence. She earned a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies in children’s and adolescent psychiatry and psychology.

He started his subspecialization in psychotherapy in 2007, and in 2009 he took a subspecialist exam. Issues of sexuality, as well as transgenderism and transsexuality, etc. Arbanas has been in business for fifteen years. He completed his education in sexual therapy and is one of the founders of the Croatian Society for Sexual Therapy, of which he has been president since its founding. He also completed education in sexual medicine and participates in the work of the European Sexological Federation, in the commission for education in sexual therapy. In 2012, he passed the European Specialist Exam in Sexual Medicine and earned the title of FECSM.

Head of the Department for Pediatric and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Tufts Medical Center, USA. He is a professor of psychiatry and pediatrics at the Tufts Medical School, USA. He was Director of “Hope System”, a center for caring for children with emotional problems. He deals with the psychotherapy of children and adolescents, and his special interests are traumas, eating disorders, suicides of children and adolescents, family therapy and the development of international mental health programs for children and adolescents. He has published over 70 articles and books on children’s mental health. President of the American Academy of Family Therapy.

Od 2004.godine radi u Centru za zaštitu mentalnog zdravlja Banja Luka. Pri Centru formirala prvi kompletan tim za djecu i mlade koji pruža usluge prevencije, dijagnostike, tretmana i liječenja poremećaja u mentalnom zdravlju djece i mladih, ne samo za grad Banja Luka, već i šire. Izuzetan angažman uložila u razvijanje i unapređenje intersektorske saradnje svih subjekata koji su uključeni u rad sa djecom i mladima. Koautor 3 priručnika koja su namijenjena roditeljima i djeci iz oblasti ’’Lavirint puberteta I i II’’, ’’Kako roditi zdravo dijete’’. U projektu ’’Mentalnog zdravlja u BiH’’, dala sam svoj doprinos u izradi nomenklature usluga u mentalnom zdravlju, a angažovana sam i kao edukator uposlenicima svih Centara za zaštitu mentalnog zdravlja BiH iz oblasti dječije i adolescentne psihijatrije.

She has a private practice in Psychotherapy and is Co-Director of the K&M Center, Inc., a learning center providing educational services to students ranging from four years old to college age. Prof. Tatjana Stefanovic Stanojevic, PhD

Professor Tatjana Stefanovic Stanojevic, PhD, teaches developmental orientation psychology, does research in the field of attachment theory, and also works as a psychotherapist. She is a full professor at the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Philosophy in Nis, and from 2002 to 2015 she was also employed at the Faculty of Philosophy of Banja Luka. At the Psychology Department in Nis she teaches the following courses: Theories of Cognitive Development, Theories of Emotional Development, Research in Developmental Psychology, Psychology of Partner Relationships, Trauma from the Perspective of Affective Attachment Theory. She is the author of the following monographs: The Emotional Development of Personality (2005), Early Childhood Experience and Romantic Relationships (2007), Affective Attachment, Development, Modalities, and Assessment (2010), When We Say Love, Do We Mean Love (2012), Affective Attachment and Family Relationships: Development and Importance (co-authored, 2012), Fear Is the Worst Place to Be: A Study of Early Childhood Trauma from the Perspective of Affective Attachment Theory (co-authored, 2018). In addition, she is the author of numerous works in the field of attachment theory, published in scientific journals and proceedings, as well as being one of the founding members of the Association for the study, assessment, and application of affective attachment theory: Safe Haven. She is an expert in the field of childhood trauma and is a KBT psychotherapist. Furthermore, as an expert in the field of attachment theory, she has organized numerous training sessions all over the region and possesses expertise in numerous therapeutic and diagnostic techniques in this field.
