The first module sought to cover basic concepts and information related to
virtual resources, given their accessibility during the Covid-
19 and subsequently, in the post-pandemic period. Therefore, through this module the participants
recall the distinctions between crisis stress and trauma, and the specifics / benefits of i
shortcomings of virtual and telephone crisis interventions. The basic ones are presented
principles of work in crisis interventions.
In addition to the theoretical part, the module also includes exercises, in order to theoretically
knowledge integrated through practical.
