Employees of the Archdiocesan Youth Center Ivan Pavao II. On April 16, 2018, they participated in the second lecture within the project Because we care, held at the Center for Youth in Sarajevo.
This project aims to educate employees and associates of the Youth Center on children’s rights, guidelines for safer and more effective work with children and measures and ways to provide support, safety and protection to the youngest.
During the lecture on Skills and Techniques of Working with Children and Youth, held for the staff of the Youth Center by Dr. Mirela Badurina, gestalt psychotherapist and integrative psychotherapist for children and adolescents, employees had the opportunity to learn more about how to talk and listen to children. how to approach each child taking into account everything he or she feels, while being able to be responsible for his or her own mental health.
